Who Is Leading The Course?
Our online course is led by Liz Straker, co-founder of TeenMatters. She is a qualified adult and teen psychotherapist, a parent coach, a corporate coach but most importantly, a mum to three young people.
“I am very grateful for the impact the session work with Liz has made for my teenage daughter. I’m so proud of the way she has intentionally built her personal resilience. If I’m completely honest, I wish I’d been able to do this at her age – took me until I was 50”.
