Our Adult Therapy Activities
Counselling – This is a collaborative and supportive process where together with the client we explore what feels problematic and identify its significance. During counselling we may look at childhood experiences and how they have contributed to current thought and behaviour patterns. Together we will work to establish new, healthier patterns and experiment with new ways of being in the world.
Coaching – From time to time we can all benefit from direction, inspiration or support in achieving personal or professional goals. Coaching can help to explore your motivations and true passions and identify the manageable steps needed to realise your goals.
