Reclaim Your Energy: A Sustainable Approach to

Self-Care for Parents

Are you Ready to go From Burned Out to Energised?

Discover our new programme for exhausted & overwhelmed parents.

Starts 7.30pm Tuesday 4th March 2025.

A new live workshop series for overwhelmed and exhausted parents designed to help you put your own oxygen mask on first leaving you feeling calmer and more energised.

Tired of quick-fix self-care tips that don’t move the dial enough? This is not about bubble baths and candles (unless you love them!) — it’s about deep, meaningful self-care that actually makes a difference. An evidence-based course with practical tools and techniques to transform both how you feel and your relationship with your teen.

Led by highly qualified and experienced Mindfulness teacher, Miia Chambers.

So why not take some much-needed (and well-deserved) time out with us in March and discover how to bounce back this Spring with renewed energy and joy for parenting?

Our Programme is a Good Fit For Tired and Frazzled Parents Who…

Are constantly meeting everyone else’s needs but always neglecting their own

Struggle to take time for themselves and experience guilt when they do because it feels selfish

Want to show up with more patience and energy so they can parent with greater calm and connection

Are feeling overwhelmed, drained, stressed, running on empty and desperately in need of a reset

By The End of The Course You Will Know How to…

Care for yourself with less guilt – Lose the self-judgment and embrace self-compassion as a parent

Set boundaries that actually work – Say no with less guilt and protect your time, energy, and mental space

Reduce stress and prevent burnout – Practical tools to help you recharge and feel more in control of your emotional well-being

Build a self-care routine that fits into real life – No unrealistic, time-consuming strategies—just small, powerful changes that make a big impact

Model self-care for your children – Show them what it looks like to respect your own needs so they can learn to do the same
