Who Is Leading The Course?
Our online course is led by Miia Chambers. Miia is an accomplished mental health practitioner with extensive experience in developing impactful, evidence-based training and interventions. She works as a consultant trainer and coach across innovation, mental health, corporate and sports fields.
Miia is qualified as a practitioner in Mindfulness Based (MB) Stress Reduction, MB Cognitive Therapy, MB Addiction Recovery, Mindful Self-Compassion, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT). Previously Co-Chair at the British Association of Mindfulness Based Approaches.

What’s the format of the programme?
This is a live programme. We’ll be hosting weekly sessions on Zoom.
When do the sessions take place?
Each session will take place on a Wednesday from 7.30-8.30pm on the following dates:
Week 1 – 5th March
Week 2 – 12th March
Week 3 – 19th March
Week 4 – 26th March
How much does the programme cost?
We’re offering the Spring programme at a one-time only special introductory price of £99.
The programme will increase in price to £197 when we run it again in the Autumn.
What if the course doesn’t work for me?
We stand wholeheartedly behind our work. If you’re not satisfied with the course after attending the first session, we’re happy to provide a partial refund within 14 days of purchase.
